Acandidate is MINTRA’s newest product. The product was officially launched in 2024.

Acandidate is a digital platform used to assess the performance and competency of crew members within maritime industry. The platform aims to ensure that crew members meet the required standards for safety, efficiency, and overall operational effectiveness. Key components of Acandidate include:

1. Performance Metrics: Clearly defined criteria that evaluate various aspects of a crew member's performance, such as technical skills, safety procedures, teamwork, communication, and adherence to protocols.

2. Training and Development: Assessments to identify areas where crew members need further training or development. This ensures continuous improvement and skill enhancement.

3. Feedback Mechanisms: Structured processes for providing feedback to crew members, allowing them to understand their strengths and areas for improvement. This can include regular performance reviews and debriefing sessions.

4. Compliance and Safety: Evaluation of adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements. This is crucial in high-risk environments like maritime operations.

5. Behavioral Assessments: Analysis of interpersonal skills, attitude, and behavior in a team setting, which are critical for maintaining a harmonious and efficient working environment.

6. Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed records of evaluations, training, certifications, and any corrective actions taken. This documentation is important for regulatory compliance and for tracking the progress of individual crew members.

7. Automated System: Use of software and digital tool to streamline the evaluation process, provide real-time data, and facilitate easy access to evaluation records.

The overall goal of a platform is to enhance operational safety, improve performance, and ensure that all crew members are competent and capable of performing their duties effectively.
