Here's how you can export each user's results:

  1. When looking at a user’s result you can click “Export” in the top right corner which will help you download a PDF file containing the full report from the user’s assessment.

How should I interpret the result? / What does the score X.Y mean?

When looking at the results from an assessment it consists of:

  • An overall score

  • A score per question topic

  • Number of questions answered and duration of the test

  • Which questions the user answered Correctly vs. Incorrectly.

The overall score is a number between 0-5, with 0 indicating 0 correct answers and 5 indicating that all answers were correct. At present the is no weighting of questions to give them different points, they’re all valued the same. All assessments will score 0-5 regardless of the number of questions. Meaning that:

  • 0% correct answers → score 0,

  • 50% correct answers → score 2.5, and

  • 100% correct answers → score 5

The score is not interesting in itself, and should only be used to compare two applicants in an assessment against each other. The same type of score is also visible broken down into each area of questions the user has received. This breakdown can help to highlight areas of knowledge more easily.

Apart from the score, also make sure to look at the amount of time the user spent, and how many questions they answered. This can give valuable insight into their seriousness in taking the test, their reading speed, how comfortable they were with the test etc.
