When you’ve run an assessment how to continue is entirely up to you.
Our recommendation is to use the results from the test to help screen applicants and allow you to focus on the ones who are best suited for the job, however, it’s never a replacement for interviewing the candidate.
One good way of using the assessment results can also be to ask follow-up questions to the applicant within the areas where he or she was particularly strong and particularly weak. This will help figure out whether the results in those areas were correct, or likely just a stroke of luck / bad luck. These follow-ups can be pieced together by looking at the questions the candidate has already answered during the assessment.
When you no longer need the assessment results, you can archive the assessment from within the system, and even remove it completely once it has been archived.
